Honeymoon Photo Shoot in Punta Cana

After saying “I do,” Natalie and AJ chose Punta Cana as the perfect destination to celebrate their honeymoon — and we couldn’t think of a better place! With endless turquoise waters, soft white sand, and a romantic tropical breeze, it’s the ideal setting to capture the first memories of married life.

The couple stayed at Secrets Royal Beach, one of Punta Cana’s most elegant adults-only resorts. It offers a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere, surrounded by palm trees, stunning gardens, and a long stretch of beautiful beach — perfect for dreamy couple portraits.

It is well known that most resorts in Punta Cana charge an additional — and often expensive — vendor fee if you choose to bring an external photographer or videographer. For that reason, we suggested to Natalie and AJ a simple and practical solution: we picked them up from their resort and went to a nearby public beach, only about 7 minutes away, to do the photo shoot there. They loved the idea, and it turned out to be the perfect choice — peaceful, scenic, and free from crowds.

We started their photo session close to the shore, then took advantage of the tropical pathways and lush greenery around the area. We also included some charming local spots, like a small souvenir market and a few colorful fishermen’s boats, adding an authentic Dominican touch to their pictures.

Finally, we took some drone shots — and they turned out absolutely amazing!

Our goal during every honeymoon photo shoot is to make couples relive the excitement of their wedding day while capturing natural, emotional moments that reflect their love story. Natalie and AJ were simply radiant — laughing, hugging, and enjoying every second together.
